CASHNet Information

CASHNet is the University of Arkansas' official on-line payment application for processing payment card transactions. All departments accepting online payments are required to use CASHNet, unless a waiver is granted by Credit Card Operations.

To request a CASHNet account, submit an AskCommerce ticket to obtain merchant setup information. Departments are charged eCommerce transactions fees imposed by the bank monthly. Financial Affairs automatically assesses fees to departmental cost centers monthly for those charges.

To add a user to CASHNet to view reports or view transactions, the CASHNet Security Request form MUST be completed. The form MUST also be completed and filed with Credit Card Operations for any change of CASHNet security or to remove a user's access.

CASHNet billing records may be searched, once access is granted.
