Cashnet Information

Cashnet is the University of Arkansas' official online payment application for processing payment card transactions. All departments accepting online payments must use Cashnet unless Credit Card Operations grants a waiver.

To request a Cashnet merchant account, submit an AskCommerce ticket. Departments are charged eCommerce transaction fees imposed by the bank monthly. Financial Affairs automatically assesses fees to departmental worktags monthly for those charges.

The Security Request form MUST be completed to add a user to Cashnet, to view reports, transactions, and process deposits. The form MUST also be completed and filed with Credit Card Operations for any change of Cashnet security or to remove a user's access.
