Incident Reporting

All departments engaging in payment card processing are responsible for immediately reporting a suspected incident of any machine used in card processing. For additional information, please refer to the Payment Card Incident Response Policy.

Cease use of any suspect machine. Do not turn off the machine. Immediately report an incident, using the AskCommerce portal. Credit Card Operations will begin an investigation into the incident. Do not resume processing until approved by Credit Card Operations. False reports will be subject to disciplinary action.
